For just $35, you can participate in the Race for Rescues Fun Run virtual 5K run/walk, earn a t-shirt, and fill up your heart with the knowledge that you have helped animals in need across the Bismarck-Mandan community. Proceeds from the event will benefit Central Dakota Humane Society, Furry Friends Rockin’ Rescue, and Kitty City.

For this virtual event, you can complete the 5K run/walk at your own pace, on your own course, or even on a treadmill. No proof of time or distance is necessary. The final date for race participation has been extended to June 12. T-shirts will be ordered after the event and participants will be notified when the shirts are available for pickup at CDHS. (Although we can ship t-shirts, if you pick them up, that means more money for the animals! 😊)
